Toyota Hiace Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Toyota Hiace cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is ₱ 2,149,750 increasing till ₱ 2,463,238 in November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₱ 2,306,494 to ₱ 2,212,732. The average price has had spectacular rise of 51 % with an average price of ₱ 2,259,613 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 3,417,525.5 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Toyota Hiace has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is ₱ 943,624. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 194,125) moving up till (₱ 2,709,375)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 50 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 35 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 2,190,257.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of ₱ 2,962,758.
