Toyota BB Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Toyota BB cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is ₱ 200,000 increasing till ₱ 215,241 in November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₱ 207,620.5 to ₱ 223,285. The average price has had spectacular rise of 19 % with an average price of ₱ 215,452.75 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 255,396 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Toyota BB has remained constant in recent years. Between 2000 y 2004, the average price is ₱ 288,678.81. There was a price inflation going from (₱ 243,150) to (₱ 278,600). During the following two years, cars belonging to the brand aforementioned had a strong deflation in their selling price of -24 % compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -6 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (₱ 205,053) and the the last two years analyzed (2007, 2010) with a price of ₱ 191,772.5.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota BB cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 14 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 260,675). Next with a price of ₱ 239,667 and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "100,000 - 200,000". It is 7% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of ₱ 248,136.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota BB cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 25 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 260,675) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₱ 197,500. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 24 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of ₱ 194,444.
