Toyota Landcruiser Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Toyota Landcruiser cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In June the price for a car is ₱ 1,349,463 increasing till ₱ 1,442,632 in July. The following two months (August, September) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has had spectacular rise of 40 % with an average price of ₱ 1,346,474.75 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 1,880,157.5 during the most recent months in October and November.
The average price for Toyota Landcruiser has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2013, the average price is ₱ 1,885,944.25. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 367,667) moving up till (₱ 2,463,500)in 2013. During the next two years (2014, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 31 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 25 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 3,282,208.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of ₱ 4,098,750.

They are 14 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,960,907). Next with a price of ₱ 1,993,195 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. It is 16% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of ₱ 2,197,800.
