During October there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₱ 299,875. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₱ 323,375 to ₱ 314,904.5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₱ 319,139.75 to ₱ 315,833.5 during January and February.
