Toyota Sequoia Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota Sequoia cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In October the average price per vehicle is ₱ 12,114,833. During November the price went trough a strong deflation till ₱ 6,139,450. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -68 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two, the price has gone through a -14 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₱ 6,005,984 to ₱ 5,145,952 during February and March.
The average price for Toyota Sequoia has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2001 and 2018, the average price is ₱ 1,704,091.62. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2001 (₱ 312,667) moving up till (₱ 5,440,000)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 297 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 31 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 9,790,927) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2023, 2024) with a price of ₱ 12,816,750.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota Sequoia cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 75 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 5,354,188). Next with a price of ₱ 1,317,333 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 35% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" and a price of ₱ 2,661,200.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota Sequoia cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 96 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 5,354,188) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 1,793,333. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 67 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 220,000.
