Toyota Hilux Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota Hilux cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for January is ₱ 1,354,800. During February there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₱ 1,192,868. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₱ 1,273,834 to ₱ 1,252,244. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₱ 1,263,039 to ₱ 1,131,488 during May and June.
The average price for Toyota Hilux has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2016, the average price is ₱ 440,316.66. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 225,216) moving up till (₱ 950,697)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 120 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 12 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 1,098,124) and the the last two years that were studied (2019, 2020) with a price of ₱ 1,229,750.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota Hilux cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 57 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,059,488). Next with a price of ₱ 615,000 and a mileage range of "more than 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 11% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at ₱ 868,840.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota Hilux cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 76 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,059,488) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₱ 740,758. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 30 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of ₱ 256,842.
