Toyota RAV4 Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Toyota RAV4 cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₱ 529,110. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 890,775. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 37 % from ₱ 709,942.5 to ₱ 973,250.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 98 % with an average price of ₱ 841,596.5 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 1,669,756.5 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Toyota RAV4 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2017, the average price is ₱ 439,836. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 190,532) moving up till (₱ 934,000)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 206 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 1,667,914.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2024) with a price of ₱ 1,990,700.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota RAV4 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 83 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,686,138). Next with a price of ₱ 334,537 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 3% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₱ 970,696.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota RAV4 cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 88 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,686,138) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₱ 212,032. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 87 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of ₱ 208,594.
