The retail prices for Nissan Xtrail cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in April the average price was ₱ 285,000. May went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 542,000. During the following two months (June, July) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₱ 413,500 to ₱ 452,167. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -69 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₱ 432,833.5 to ₱ 135,500.
