The selling price for Nissan Xtrail cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In July the average price per vehicle is ₱ 452,167. During August the price went trough a strong deflation till ₱ 271,000. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -100 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has had spectacular rise of 84 % with an average price of ₱ 180,791.75 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 333,333.5 during the most recent months in November and December.
