Nissan Almera Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Nissan Almera cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in January was of ₱ 473,781. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₱ 458,709 during February. During the following two months (March, April) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 16 % from ₱ 466,245 to ₱ 542,982.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -7 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₱ 504,613.75 to ₱ 466,893.5 during May and June.
The average price for Nissan Almera has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2013 and 2016, the average price is ₱ 379,391.75. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2013 (₱ 266,667) moving up till (₱ 414,600)in 2016. During the next two years the average price(₱ 392,792) has hardly changed, remaining at a constant value compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 25 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 524,340.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2019, 2020) with a price of ₱ 655,889.

It is 26% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" and a price of ₱ 385,352.
