Nissan X-Trail Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Nissan X-Trail cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In July the average price per vehicle is ₱ 788,800. During August the price went trough a strong deflation till ₱ 559,200. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -33 % compared to the previous two months studied. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₱ 561,351.75 to ₱ 535,784 during November and December.
The average price for Nissan X-Trail has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2003 and 2012, the average price is ₱ 276,308.5. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2003 (₱ 224,000) moving up till (₱ 269,375)in 2012. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 135 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 20 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 807,984.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of ₱ 966,666.5.
The graph that displays the price for Nissan X-Trail cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 65 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 736,237). Next with a price of ₱ 414,325 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 11% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₱ 450,659.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Nissan X-Trail cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 73 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 736,237) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 225,036. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 69 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 200,677.
