Nissan Urvan Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Nissan Urvan cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in September was of ₱ 872,800. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₱ 851,250 during October. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₱ 862,025 to ₱ 982,864. In the last two, the price has gone through a -13 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₱ 922,444.5 to ₱ 803,259 during January and February.
The average price for Nissan Urvan has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2018, the average price is ₱ 370,042.5. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 112,000) moving up till (₱ 1,042,000)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 133 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 21 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 1,092,454) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2021, 2023) with a price of ₱ 1,321,541.5.

It is 38% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₱ 800,000.
