During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 77 % from ₱ 325,400 to ₱ 576,083. The average price has had spectacular rise of 33 % with an average price of ₱ 450,741.5 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 600,962 during the most recent months in February and March.
