During October there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₱ 204,375. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₱ 218,187.5 to ₱ 236,607. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₱ 227,397.25 to ₱ 218,000 during January and February.
