Ford Ranger Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Ford Ranger cars have increased during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is ₱ 1,440,699 increasing till ₱ 1,537,925 in November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₱ 1,489,312 to ₱ 1,517,263. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₱ 1,503,287.5 to ₱ 1,554,706.5 during February and March.
The average price for Ford Ranger has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2019, the average price is ₱ 511,079.28. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 143,333) moving up till (₱ 1,330,050)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 165 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 10 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 1,494,210.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2022, 2023) with a price of ₱ 1,636,316.
The graph that displays the price for Ford Ranger cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 76 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,815,900). Next with a price of ₱ 575,750 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 9% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₱ 1,472,174.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford Ranger cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 82 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,815,900) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₱ 473,050. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 74 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of ₱ 318,471.
