Ford Escape Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Ford Escape cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price for August is ₱ 559,025. During September there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₱ 505,837. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -25 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₱ 465,631.25 to ₱ 417,562.5 during December and January.
The average price for Ford Escape has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2002 and 2011, the average price is ₱ 251,766.8. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2002 (₱ 269,000) moving up till (₱ 354,200)in 2011. During the next two years (2012, 2013) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 53 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 15 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 453,882.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2015, 2016) with a price of ₱ 522,875.
The graph that displays the price for Ford Escape cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 45 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 429,450). Next with a price of ₱ 305,125 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 22% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₱ 351,810.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford Escape cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 49 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 429,450) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 301,425. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gas". It´s price is 18 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of ₱ 301,425.
