Ford Lynx Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Ford Lynx cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in January was of ₱ 143,998. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₱ 144,799 during February. During the following two months (March, April) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 58 % from ₱ 144,398.5 to ₱ 228,663. The average price has had spectacular rise of 28 % with an average price of ₱ 186,530.75 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 239,537.5 during the most recent months in May and June.
The average price for Ford Lynx has become more expensive in recent years. During "before 2000" and 2001, the average price was ₱ 182,372.67. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2002, 2003), the average price went up 7 % moving from !PRECIO1! to ₱ 194,477.5, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 227,222.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2004, 2005) with a price of ₱ 259,967.
The graph that displays the price for Ford Lynx cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 36 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 244,925). Next with a price of ₱ 198,444 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 3% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" priced at ₱ 198,444.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford Lynx cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 47 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 244,925) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 138,797. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 43 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 129,733.
