Ford Lynx Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Ford Lynx cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in September was of ₱ 272,838. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₱ 270,763 during October. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -47 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -31 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₱ 207,924.25 to ₱ 144,398.5.
The average price for Ford Lynx has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2001, the average price is ₱ 134,089. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 104,580) moving up till (₱ 149,000)in 2001. During the next two years (2002, 2003), the average price went up 13 % moving from !PRECIO1! to ₱ 151,944.5, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 177,014) and the the last two years that were studied (2004, 2005) with a price of ₱ 202,083.5.
The graph that displays the price for Ford Lynx cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 11 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 144,799). Next with a price of ₱ 140,750 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 2% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of ₱ 140,750.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford Lynx cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 25 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 144,799) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 143,599. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 1 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 108,500.
