Ford Lynx Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Ford Lynx cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for July is ₱ 143,000. During August there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₱ 135,034. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₱ 139,017 to ₱ 139,596. In the last two, the price has gone through a -12 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₱ 139,306.5 to ₱ 122,661.5 during November and December.
The average price for Ford Lynx has had a strong rise in recent years. During "before 2000" and 2000, the average price was ₱ 111,988. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2001, 2002) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 25 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 157,291.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2003, 2005) with a price of ₱ 174,833.5.
The graph that displays the price for Ford Lynx cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 7 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 121,303). Next with a price of ₱ 134,167 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 56% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "100,000 - 200,000" and a price of ₱ 134,167.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Ford Lynx cars marks "Gasoline" as the most costly fuel type. It is 10 % more expensive than the average market price (₱ 121,303) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₱ 138,100. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 14 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs ₱ 132,893.
