Mitsubishi Montero Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mitsubishi Montero cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in February the average price was ₱ 1,247,913. March went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 1,453,513. During the following two months (April, May) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₱ 1,350,713 to ₱ 1,485,016. The average price has risen 10 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (₱ 1,555,578) during June and July.
The average price for Mitsubishi Montero has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2016, the average price is ₱ 598,933.06. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 304,000) moving up till (₱ 1,185,548)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 101 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 1,400,330.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2019, 2020) with a price of ₱ 1,599,095.5.
The graph that displays the price for Mitsubishi Montero cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 62 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,567,650). Next with a price of ₱ 635,000 and a mileage range of "more than 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 6% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₱ 1,141,830.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Mitsubishi Montero cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 73 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,567,650) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₱ 1,360,162. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 13 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of ₱ 429,125.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that Mitsubishi Montero automobiles with the cheapest price have 4 doors. They are 65 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at ₱ 547,500. Cars with the lowest price have 5 doors and are 52 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
