During August the price went trough a strong deflation till ₱ 333,750. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₱ 368,264 to ₱ 383,583.5. The average price has risen 12 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (₱ 421,416.5) during November and December.
