Mazda 6 Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mazda 6 cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in November was of ₱ 481,579. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₱ 481,454 during December. The following two months (January, February) the selling price went through a devaluation of -10 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has had spectacular rise of 69 % with an average price of ₱ 458,310 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 774,432 during the most recent months in March and April.
The average price for Mazda 6 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2004 and 2008, the average price is ₱ 272,270. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2004 (₱ 246,000) moving up till (₱ 348,143)in 2008. During the next two years (2009, 2014) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 104 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 22 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 710,816.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2015, 2016) with a price of ₱ 865,133.5.
The graph that displays the price for Mazda 6 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 51 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 723,314). Next with a price of ₱ 395,759 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 41% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₱ 750,786.
