Mazda 2 Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mazda 2 cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₱ 445,125. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 586,400. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 48 % from ₱ 515,762.5 to ₱ 763,944. The average price has had spectacular rise of 28 % with an average price of ₱ 639,853.25 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 817,806.5 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Mazda 2 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2010 and 2016, the average price is ₱ 357,536.56. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2010 (₱ 289,500) moving up till (₱ 515,000)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 64 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 18 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 716,328.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2019, 2020) with a price of ₱ 847,000.

They are 70 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 896,175). Next with a price of ₱ 379,574 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 3% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₱ 542,250.
