Mazda CX-5 Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Mazda CX-5 cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In July the average price per vehicle is ₱ 1,141,875. During August the price went trough a strong deflation till ₱ 803,313. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -18 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has risen 12 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (₱ 993,954.5) during November and December.
The average price for Mazda CX-5 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2012 and 2016, the average price is ₱ 611,319.38. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2012 (₱ 541,250) moving up till (₱ 706,947)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 65 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 1,170,600.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2019, 2022) with a price of ₱ 1,333,159.5.
The graph that displays the price for Mazda CX-5 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 50 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,166,650). Next with a price of ₱ 606,458 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 3% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₱ 869,912.
