Hyundai Sonata Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Hyundai Sonata cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in December was of ₱ 383,534. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₱ 398,649 during January. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -16 % compared to the previous two months studied. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₱ 360,418.5 to ₱ 342,698 during April and May.
The average price for Hyundai Sonata has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2010, the average price is ₱ 223,905.8. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 137,000) moving up till (₱ 391,529)in 2010. During the next two years (2011, 2012) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 61 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 52 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 744,097.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2013, 2019) with a price of ₱ 1,128,200.
The graph that displays the price for Hyundai Sonata cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 10 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 361,646). Next with a price of ₱ 344,250 and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 36% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of ₱ 436,293.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Hyundai Sonata cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 42 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 361,646) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 459,821. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 27 % higher than the average market price followed by "Diesel" which costs ₱ 208,182.
