Honda Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Honda cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price for July is ₱ 2,056,963. During August there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till ₱ 1,866,925. The following two months (September, October) the selling price went through a devaluation of -9 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -17 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₱ 1,878,119 to ₱ 1,552,725.5.
The average price for Honda has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is ₱ 298,304.25. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 190,150) moving up till (₱ 456,562)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 128 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 22 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 867,716.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of ₱ 1,056,693.5.
The graph that displays the price for Honda cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 85 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,593,363). Next with a price of ₱ 286,938 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 7% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₱ 719,838.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Honda cars points out to "Gas" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 81 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,593,363) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₱ 682,175. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 18 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 682,175.
The graph showing the average price for Honda cars displays those with 4 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 78 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,593,363). These are followed by those with 3 doors with an average price of ₱ 348,500. Cars with the lowest price have 5 doors and are 68 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
