Mercedes Benz E Class Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mercedes Benz E Class cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₱ 827,067. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 1,156,087. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 18 % from ₱ 991,577 to ₱ 1,168,464.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 23 % with an average price of ₱ 1,080,020.75 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 1,332,301 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Mercedes Benz E Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2013, the average price is ₱ 975,380.25. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 388,625) moving up till (₱ 2,517,167)in 2013. During the next two years (2014, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 169 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 27 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 3,581,458.25) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of ₱ 4,540,416.5.
