Mercedes Benz E Class Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Mercedes Benz E Class cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In October the average price per vehicle is ₱ 1,083,522. During November the price went trough a strong deflation till ₱ 525,333. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₱ 804,427.5 to ₱ 828,748. In the last two, the price has gone through a -5 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₱ 816,587.75 to ₱ 775,001 during February and March.
The average price for Mercedes Benz E Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2007, the average price is ₱ 756,220. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 590,000) moving up till (₱ 904,500)in 2007. During the next two years (2010, 2011) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 135 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 2,050,000) and the the last two years that were studied (2012, 2013) with a price of ₱ 2,325,000.
The graph that displays the price for Mercedes Benz E Class cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 35 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 833,696). Next with a price of ₱ 801,306 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 4% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" priced at ₱ 543,333.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Mercedes Benz E Class cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 24 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 833,696) followed by "Diesel" priced at ₱ 964,500. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 16 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs ₱ 632,909.
