Mercedes Benz C Class Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Mercedes Benz C Class cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In July the average price per vehicle is ₱ 1,424,725. During August the price went trough a strong deflation till ₱ 1,186,045. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -28 % compared to the previous two months studied. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₱ 1,125,038 to ₱ 1,096,496 during November and December.
The average price for Mercedes Benz C Class has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2001 and 2011, the average price is ₱ 688,644.81. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2001 (₱ 340,667) moving up till (₱ 983,833)in 2011. During the next two years (2013, 2015) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 117 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 5 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 1,576,862.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2016, 2017) with a price of ₱ 1,657,100.
The graph that displays the price for Mercedes Benz C Class cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 60 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,196,338). Next with a price of ₱ 681,500 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 19% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₱ 1,199,216.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Mercedes Benz C Class cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 77 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,196,338) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 348,750. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 71 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 273,333.
