Lexus LS Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Lexus LS cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₱ 781,875. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 1,152,333. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 157 % from ₱ 967,104 to ₱ 2,481,725. In the last two, the price has gone through a -12 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₱ 1,724,414.5 to ₱ 1,514,166.5 during February and March.
The graph that displays the price for Lexus LS cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 11 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 966,500). Next with a price of ₱ 3,069,500 and a mileage range of "10,000 - 25,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 218% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of ₱ 860,500.
