Lexus ES Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Lexus ES cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₱ 859,600. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 1,340,333. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 17 % from ₱ 1,099,966.5 to ₱ 1,288,109. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -17 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₱ 1,194,037.75 to ₱ 985,301.5.
The average price for Lexus ES has had a strong rise in recent years. During 2006 and 2006, the average price was ₱ 160,000. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2010, 2011) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 414 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 21 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 1,043,541.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2013, 2015) with a price of ₱ 1,265,416.5.
The graph that displays the price for Lexus ES cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 56 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,226,103). Next with a price of ₱ 1,171,000 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 137% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₱ 1,513,688.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Lexus ES cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 86 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,226,103) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 405,000. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 67 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 168,333.
