Land Rover Discovery Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Land Rover Discovery cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₱ 1,741,172. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 2,782,263. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 21 % from ₱ 2,261,717.5 to ₱ 2,745,853. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -34 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₱ 2,503,785.25 to ₱ 1,644,254.
The average price for Land Rover Discovery has had a strong rise in recent years. During "before 2000" and "before 2000", the average price was ₱ 461,600. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years (2005, 2013) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 117 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 68 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 3,159,270.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2018) with a price of ₱ 5,318,541.5.
