Toyota Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In July the average price per vehicle is ₱ 9,952,127. During August the price went trough a strong deflation till ₱ 7,822,405. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -29 % compared to the previous two months studied. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₱ 7,600,748 to ₱ 7,386,406.5 during November and December.
The average price for Toyota has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is ₱ 1,205,171.25. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 289,419) moving up till (₱ 2,734,188)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 51 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 2,047,395.25) and the the last two years that were studied (2023, 2024) with a price of ₱ 2,275,534.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 95 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 8,276,894). Next with a price of ₱ 1,583,825 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 5% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₱ 4,213,912.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota cars points out to "Hybrid" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 96 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 8,276,894) followed by "Gas" priced at ₱ 550,591. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 89 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of ₱ 786,775.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that Toyota automobiles with the cheapest price have 4 doors. They are 98 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at ₱ 162,535. Cars with the lowest price have 5 doors and are 98 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
