Mercedes Benz Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Mercedes Benz cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. During the first month analyzed in June the average price was ₱ 4,370,138. July went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 5,452,625. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -19 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -41 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₱ 4,455,162.5 to ₱ 2,646,981.
The average price for Mercedes Benz has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is ₱ 924,040.56. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 513,364) moving up till (₱ 1,613,000)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 171 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 59 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 6,143,379) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of ₱ 9,782,812.
The graph that displays the price for Mercedes Benz cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 88 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 2,909,812). Next with a price of ₱ 696,545 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 28% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at ₱ 1,609,454.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Mercedes Benz cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 84 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 2,909,812) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 1,544,306. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 47 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 477,415.
