Lexus Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Lexus cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in October was of ₱ 1,150,886. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₱ 1,142,613 during November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 56 % from ₱ 1,146,749.5 to ₱ 1,785,625.5. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -23 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from ₱ 1,466,187.5 to ₱ 1,127,118.
The average price for Lexus has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2014, the average price is ₱ 975,346.25. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 172,667) moving up till (₱ 979,000)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 152 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 46 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 4,587,854) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2019) with a price of ₱ 6,717,500.
The graph that displays the price for Lexus cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 14 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,269,861). Next with a price of ₱ 1,358,184 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 45% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of ₱ 1,654,125.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Lexus cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 80 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,269,861) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 1,979,951. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Gas". It´s price is 57 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs ₱ 1,979,951.
