Land Rover Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Land Rover cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was ₱ 1,269,646. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till ₱ 2,054,045. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 53 % from ₱ 1,661,845.5 to ₱ 2,548,494.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 113 % with an average price of ₱ 2,105,170 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 4,476,473 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Land Rover has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2019, the average price is ₱ 2,460,548.25. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 487,250) moving up till (₱ 7,370,000)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 254 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 10,097,167) and the the last two years that were studied (2022, 2023) with a price of ₱ 11,481,000.
The graph that displays the price for Land Rover cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 89 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 7,125,550). Next with a price of ₱ 2,123,273 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 20% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₱ 4,106,949.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Land Rover cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 94 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 7,125,550) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 561,000. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 92 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 399,510.
