Volkswagen Beetle Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Volkswagen Beetle cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is ₱ 335,242 increasing till ₱ 352,602 in November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 19 % from ₱ 343,922 to ₱ 409,475.5. The average price has had spectacular rise of 29 % with an average price of ₱ 376,698.75 during the previous 4 months and ₱ 485,905.5 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Volkswagen Beetle has had a strong rise in recent years. During 2000 and 2001, the average price was ₱ 215,119. During this period, prices pretty much remained constant. During the next two years the average price(₱ 206,633.5) has hardly changed, remaining at a constant value compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 256,683.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2012, 2013) with a price of ₱ 306,733.5.
The graph that displays the price for Volkswagen Beetle cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 52 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 568,011). Next with a price of ₱ 285,182 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 58% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of ₱ 354,135.

It is 75 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 568,011) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 195,000. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 66 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₱ 144,250.
