Hyundai Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Hyundai cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in September was of ₱ 1,689,050. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₱ 1,741,813 during October. During the following two months (November, December) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 174 % from ₱ 1,715,431.5 to ₱ 4,692,645.5. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₱ 3,204,038.5 to ₱ 3,131,941.5 during January and February.
The average price for Hyundai has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2019, the average price is ₱ 385,876.28. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₱ 140,588) moving up till (₱ 724,724)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 49 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 8 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₱ 626,515.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2022, 2023) with a price of ₱ 676,300.
The graph that displays the price for Hyundai cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 78 % more affordable than the average price (₱ 1,517,113). Next with a price of ₱ 587,243 and a mileage range of "10,000 - 25,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 16% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at ₱ 828,713.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Hyundai cars points out to "Gas" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 80 % less expensive than the average market price (₱ 1,517,113) followed by "Gasoline" priced at ₱ 457,192. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 65 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Gasoline" with a price of ₱ 457,192.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that Hyundai automobiles with the cheapest price have 5 doors. They are 87 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at ₱ 193,708. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 86 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
